What could cause ear pain/fullness and swishing sound when pressing behind the ear between ear and lower jaw?

Infection: Some sort of infection probably going on either in the ear or very close to ear otherwise you would not feel pain. See your doctor otitis externa , mastoiditis , otitis media like conditions needs to be ruled out.

Middle ear infectio: You may have a middle ear infection. Try a decongestant antihistamine. If that doesn't help see your doctor. Good Luck
