Next door neighbor: Yes, there can be anal itching because it is a "next door neighbor" to the vagina. If the yeast infection is appropriately treated and the itching persists, see a MD to examine the anus and search for anal fissures, or hemorrhoids.

Yes: But most PRURITUS ANI is due to fecal soiling and responds to anal hygiene. Any body lotion can be use on bathroom paper to clean around and inside the anus.
