It happens: Some women occasionally skip a cycle and many are late as much as 60 days or more. Pregnancy is always a question but even random urine tests are reasonably accurate at this point. You can always test again weekly, but a call to your doc may provide more guidance. Some will offer to trigger a cycle with hormones to reset the system.
