Bleeding post period: At about two weeks after your period starts, you will be ovulating, and this starts with a drop in estrogen, which at age 22 does not usually cause any bleeding. Sometimes a twin ovulation occurs, which has two times the estrogen , and when this drops before ovulation, it can cause degeneration of the thickened uterine lining, which is seen as mild bleeding.
