Hypotension: Yes, you should be concerned. Go to an Urgent care center if you can not get in touch with your doctor by phone. Do not drive to Urgent care center by yourself , have someone else to drive you. The cause of your low bp needs to be determined . If you are taking any bp medication you should stop it. If you are dehydrated you need to increase fluid intake. Anxiety probably increase bp not lower.
