Depends: A groin pull usually refers to strain or sprain of the muscles or ligaments involving the muscles/joint about the hip from over extending the range of motion. If you also had a contusion to the scrotum, semen color could temporarily change. Semen can also be yellow if urine is mixed with it, but if the yellow color persists, get it checked out for infection or jaundice.
