Headache: A neurologist is best qualified to determine the type and cause of your prolonged headaches. Appropriate testing will be ordered and proper treatment begun. A normal MRI of the brain is reassuring, but it doesn't exclude muscle contraction tension headaches, migraine, temporal arteritis,glaucoma,etc. The headache may be referred from occipital nerve impingement at your neck which you're treating
