I just had a sonogram and the report said a cystic focus in endometrium. what does that mean?

Endometrial cysts: cysts are not an usual finding particularly for women in their 30s and onward. It is likely to be benign given your age (and presumably absence of any familial or genetic risk factors for endometrial or ovarian cancer) and can be followed up with a repeat sonogram in 6 months. I would recommend consulting your GYN physician.

Sonogram report : This report indicates an abnormality on the inside of the uterine cavity (the endometrium). You will need to speak with the doctor who ordered the test to get more details and a better description. They will also need to guide you if something else needs to be done
