Plan B: Plan B can cause some irregularity in periods in the next few months of taking it. If you are worried about possible pregnancy then take a home pregnancy test. Plan B: Plan B can cause some temporary cycle disruptions but it is out of your system within a few days. If you have had two more periods since using Plan B then it is not likely to be the cause. Consider discussing irregular menstrual cycles with an Obgyn. There are many options that will provide cycle control and help keep you from getting pregnant
