I recently started on the contraceptive pill as prescribed by a gynae to reduce my menstrual clots for 3 months and saw my periods twice this month.should i stop? and if i stop using the pill after 1 month use,will i be pregnant right away?

Some basics : The pill provides a consistent amount of hormone in your system designed to prevent egg release & pace your cycles. (keep regular and normalize flow) If you stop the pill, your system will reset to normal and you may release eggs at any time they are ready. Whether or not you would get pregnant right away is unknown but possible.
