I was diagnosed with hbp 6 years ago . i was put on 20 mg of atenolol a day then a few years later 50 mg a day, i have lisinopril 10 mg can i use?

Yes, but: better be under doctor's supervision, you don't want to stop atenolol abruptly, it has to be tapered gradually, moreover, Lisinopril may not be the best blood pressure medication for your case, hence doctor's input is needed, best wishes
