Had sex when i was ovulation he didnt ejaculate inside me plus i have a tubal ligation should i be worried ?

Many worries in life: An individual person is considered sterile with zero chance of pregnancy after her tubal ligation. If counting how many women, out of a large group such as 1000 or 10000 women, will get pregnant in their lifetimes after tubal ligation, there might be a rare pregnancy in that large group... but that has no useful meaning for one individual woman, who should just presume she is sterile.
