Chlamydial face off: Chlamydia is a bacterial STD and can be transmitted to warm, moist mucous membranes from which it is in contact which includes vagina and mouth. This is not a "face off" that would be prudent to avoid unwanted complications. Both of you should seek treatment and wait for the "all clear" appointment testing from both MD's before any additional sexual activity.
