Plan B: If you ovulated on 7/11, then Plan B would not be effective at all, especially if you took it today. The way that Plan B works is to prevent or delay ovulation. But if you have already ovulated during that cycle, it is not effective. The best way to prevent pregnancy right now would be to get a copper IUD, which is the most effective form of Emergency contraception & can work after ovulation.
