Anytime...soon: Many will actually go before they try to get pregnant. Reviewing the family history on both sides & your present health status is a good way to avoid or fix problems before they interfere with the pregnancy. Your regular doc may be a good place to start, with a referral to an OB if they think it would be a good time to go.
