Unrelated: Most low back pain, if related to a pinched nerve, involves the lumbar nerves. The vagina and clitoris are ennervated by the sacral 2 and 3 nerves. If you can feel soft touch or pain, then the nerves are intact. Many things, including chronic pain, can cause depression and hormone imbalance which can affect your libido. Discuss with your doctor
