A member asked:

Does female syphilis not have discharge like in men and mean more gonnorhea or chlamydia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

STDs: Syphilis in both men and women usually presents with a painless ulcer on the genitals. Usually, discharge is not present with syphilis and is more common with gonorrhea and chlamydia. Discharge is also more common in men. A good place to get information on STDs is the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/std/general/default.htm You can also talk with your local health department.
