Acetaminophen: If you are pregnant, you should not take NSAIDs like ibuprofen. You could take tylenol (acetaminophen), and could also use magnesium. Make sure you are well hydrated. It may also help to lie down and rest, or to use aromatherapy. If your headache does not resolve within one day, you should see your doctor.
