Likely: If you have been off the depot for a year your body has had ample time to reset its pattern. Depo works by preventing egg release & after it is stopped the release pattern should resume. If you have been trying to get pregnant for a year off depot, it would be reasonable to explore fertility issues for both prospective parents.
