Needs testing: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. I would want to examine the lesion and then determine what testing could be done. I would also want to know if you use tampons or pads as this could be a topical reaction to pads
