A member asked:

Sores on vagina 4 or 6 at a time, small pits hurt. two weeks heal. not herpes. 1doc exams says polysporin, other says group b strep no tests/exam..?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

List is long: The differential diagnosis includes Behcet's, Lipschitz's, Crohn's, herpes, a bunch of others, and "idiopathic" aphthae. I never heard of strep B doing this, and shotgun treatment with polysporin doesn't clarify the cause.
