No: Pills don't break hymens. 1.5mg is full dose. Normal, healthy women can ignore the hymen. Usually, only in cases of alleged sexual assault upon girls or women do we physicians carefully examine hymens, collecting evidence of damage to be used later in courts of law. In the 20th and 21st centuries, nobody nowhere should be casually "checking hymens" or worrying about whether they are broken or not.
