How to heal an open wound on the thigh caused by the too tight edge of the incontinence pants? it burns me.

Must be examined: This is something that a MD needs to examine to determine if it is infected before suggesting ways to heal it. If you have been washing the wound with an antiseptic soap solution and dressing it up to this point, it is even more imperative to have a MD exam it.
