No: In real life, clothing can prevent pregnancy by preventing the passage of sperm, of penises, and of fingers. If not wanting to start a family, one can just keep his or her clothing on. Button-fly denim blue jeans work quite well as they are hard to remove; skimpy shorts work not so well as it's too easy to get around them.
