Hi my daughter aged 4 has a discharge and tells me her vagina is sore when she has a wee?

Possibilities: This can be a reaction to soap/retained foreign object (toilet tissue)/reaction to colored or scented toilet tissue/urinary tract infection, wearing synthetics as underwear/staying in a wet bathing suit too long/ etc.Without having an exam and a few tests if needed, it is hard to say what is going on.
