Im having severe pains by my lower abdomen,makes it quiet difficult for me to sleep at night unless i put a pillow underneath that gives it pressure?

Doctor can evaluate: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually has fever), gall stones, kidney stone (very painful), diverticulitis, constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... A person with "severe pains" needs a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not a dangerous condition like appendicitis, which usually needs surgery.
