Im having severe pains by my lower abdomen,makes it quiet difficult for me to sleep at night unless i put a pillow underneath that gives it pressure?

A person with "severe pains" needs a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not a dangerous condition like appendicitis, which usually needs surgery.
