Missed bcp's: Once you miss two active pills, bleeding is inevitable, even if two more were taken on successive days. Starting a "new pack" should have been only after five days of taking none, enabling the bleeding to stop when the lining of the uterus was expelled. Stop now for 5 days, and resume with a new pack on day 6. The bleeding should stop, and you will still be protected .
