Breast growth: This depends somewhat on when you went through puberty & started menstruating. Some women can still experience body changes into their early 20's, especially if you started your period late (~15-16). This could also be caused by weight gain, but you said you have not gained weight. I would also recommend a pregnancy test, since pregnancy can cause breast growth.

There have been: reported incidences of women on Zoloft gaining breast size. This is not a common reaction but it does happen. And not many scientists or doctors can explain why.
