NO: Not an ideal diet program. I would suggest high protein. low carb, high fiber diet and get blood testing from your primary care physician.

No: You're much better off having one appointment with a dietitian at your local hospital. You will be told what your ideal weight is, how many daily calories you should take in depending upon your typical level of daily energy expenditure. Your eating habits will be critiqued and a sample daily diet plan will be offered. I don't recommend high fat, very high protein diet or any other fad diets.
