See your doctor: There is no single cause of this. Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge requires professional evaluation.. Same for any unexplained vaginal bleeding. Also be sure you're really seeing vaginal discharge and blood, and not your partner's abnormal (infected?) semen.
