Get checked: This sounds like either an infection (yeast, trichomoniasis or herpes) or a skin disorder called vulvitis. Skin diseases such as lichen sclerosis or lichen simplex chronicus can cause this. Another possibility is a local skin allergy usually to a household product. Schedule a visit with your obgyn for testing and evaluation.
