Diagnosed with endomitrioses 4years back.had operation. i still struggle with irregular cycles so never know when i'm ovulating. strugling to get pregnant. i'm unsure about my fertility! almost at the 6th month mark trying. any advice please! ?

Fertility GYN MD: You need to see a Fertility GYN MD as Endometriosis patients often have difficulty ovulating and conceiving due to the disease. Secondarily, your husband/boyfriend needs to have a sperm analysis as 40 % of all infertility issues are due to male factors. Normally at age 24, a recommendation to see a Fertility MD would not be given, but t Endometriosis is a progressive disease.
