No: If there was no penetration, the likelihood of pregnancy is exceedingly small. You don't need to take Plan B. However, it is a good idea to be on some form of regular birth control if you are trying to avoid pregnancy. There are many forms of contraception out there and I'm sure you could find one to fit your needs!
