Colds etc: Mostly colds, influenza, or gastrointestinal viruses. Not much else. Certainly little or no risk of blood borne infections (hepatitis B or C, HIV) and little risk of herpes. Use common sense hygiene, but don't freak out if once in a while you mistakenly used silverware, drinking glass, etc after someone else used it.
