No risk, no worry: HIV is rarely if ever transmitted by saliva -- in fact, saliva kills HIV. That's why kissing never transmits the virus, and even oral sex is zero risk or close to it. Certainly saliva contact with skin, even with healing cuts, is zero risk for all practical purposes. Don't worry about it.
