No risk, no worries: Such brief and superficial contact with HSV (or with herpes blisters, sores, etc) almost never is enough to transmit the virus. For oral herpes, there is no trnasmission risk without kissing or performing oral sex. For genital herpes, there is no transmission risk except by intercourse. Don't worry about it.

Any HSV symptoms?: Brief and superficial contact carries LOW risk (versus NO risk). Contact with HSV that is clinically significant would result in symptoms (and usually within 1-2 weeks after contact). If you do NOT have symptoms, no need to worry. Also, HSV lab tests exist, but without symptoms, they are unnecessary and have high false positive rates!
