35 wks pregnant: You may have a gastric ulcer, and the "black liquid" may be old blood. Nausea and vomiting at "35 wks" of pregnancy temporarily may cause "light headedness" b/c the size of the pregnancy does restrict lung filling, and you may also be anemic. See your OB provider for an exam and testing, so treatment can be provided.
