Bartholin cyst: Depends on the location. Look up Bartholin cyst and see if it’s near the anatomic location. GYN should give it a diagnosis and suggest a course of treatment. Sometimes observation is the best remedy. Hope it goes away soon!

Have it removed: I am a very serious road cyclist( 10,000+ kilometers/year) and a GYN MD. A "lump" where the perineum meets the bicycle saddle is not only uncomfortable, but will eventually aggravate the area and cause "saddle sores". Please have the "lump" removed which will also be diagnostic when sent to Pathology, and your cycling comfort will be enhanced.

Cyst : Probably a small cyst and of no consequence. It can be excised if you cannot put up with it. Good Luck
