4mth old diagnosed with croup on thurs. finished 5x budoneb &0,5ml adrenaline x 10 and using humidifier. she is not getting better with continuous stridor. what should we do next?

Unlikely: Croup has a very characteristic cough. And, it normally lasts about 5 days. Stridor is concerning for an airway abnormality and should be evaluated.
