Ovarian cysts:pain?: Ovarian cysts occur naturally, but when they reach a certain size, pain will occur. If an ultrasound has not been done recently, ask your fiance' s gyn physician for an exam and treatment. Endometriosis can continue to cause pain even on low dose birth control pills, when taking the placebos.
