Irregular menses: With a history of "irregular menses" at age 21, it may be due to stress ( in any form: work, school, relationships, exercise) which delays ovulation and therefore the period. If pregnancy is possible, get a serum HCG test to make certain about pregnancy. Ask your healthcare provider about low dose oral contraceptives which can "regulate" your periods.
