I have pain in upper back. as it gets worse it seems to refer around to the front... its leaves me feeling uncomfortable & like i need to stretch it?

Upper back pain: May be musculoskeletal vs. reflux/ GERD or gallbladder if shoulder area, rarely vascular At times a strep throat can cause trapezius pain . For reflux try ranitidine. in any event would follow up w/ doc.
