See your doctor ASAP: Congratulations on starting ARV treatment. Blood in stool (since you mention diarrhea?) Vaginal? Rectal? This probably is not due to the ARV, more likely an infection or other problem, perhaps due to your immune deficiency. This is much too complex for a useful reply from this sort of forum. Keep taking the ARV pills and return promptly to the doctor or clinic treating you. Good luck!
