Only if...: Only if a woman did something to get pregnant after early July, should she be able to deliver in early April the following spring. Just count 38 weeks out from when conception (sperm meets egg) might have been... and that will get to the expected due date. All pregnancy dates in a natural pregnancy are estimates, usually plus-or-minus a week.
