You need a diagnosis: by seeing an UGI specialist. At age 35 an MRI is needed to rule out a pancreatic cyst or tumor. Also an endoscopic ultrasound may be needed to be sure there are no tiny stones in the gall bladder or common duct. Just passing an asymptotic small stone can irritate the common duct and cause pancreatitis. But tests are needed to make a diagnosis!
