Bacterial vaginosis?: Foul vaginal odor (often fishy), often with discharge, usually is due to bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. Trichomonas, an STD, causes similar symptoms. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are possible, and more common in women with BV. But 2 days is quicker than usual, maybe not from your new partner. Get medical care ASAP for diagnosis, testing, and treatment. Good luck!
