Would you consider bleeding from the sinuses into throught and thus be causing a low iron count cause for concern?

Bleeding Sinus : That sounds very unusual, as the sinuses do not typically bleed enough to affect the blood count. But, you definitely need a thorough exam with an otolaryngologist with nasal endoscopy, possibly imaging too.
