Such thing as dramamine tolerance?i get motion sickness & it always works but today on the plane i took 100mg 2hrs before landing.yet still vomited!

NO tolerance: You have obvious motion sickness and Dramamine is not 100% effective. This medication should be taken 30-45 minutes before travel. Other suggestions would be to switch to Dramamine -2 ( meclizine-25mg ) or a scopalamine patch. Consult with you PCP.
