Different issues: There are 3 issues here that will need to e address by your treating Obgyn. 1. Incompetent cervix 2 Preterm labor 3. A history of Gestational Diabetes. 17 OH P users are at higher risk of GDM. While acknowledging the link your doctor will need to address all 3 of your issues independently in future pregnancies.
