Hair loss: Extensive hair loss to the point that is identified as alopecia can be due to variety of issues- stress, anemia, hormonal changes, hair cycle itself. Usually workup includes CBC, thyroid function, sex hormone levels, iron panel.Skin biopsy as well by Dermatologist if deemed necessary
